How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from account settings. There are no phone calls and no retention forms.

What happens after you cancel

• Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off on the day you cancel.
• No further charges are made.
• Your progress stays exactly where it is, and your certificates stay yours and stay verifiable.
• Once the period ends, courses, the lesson player and your notes pause. Your certificates page and the blog stay open.

Is there a pause option?

No, and cancelling does the same job here. Nothing is deleted, there is no rejoining fee, and restarting later puts you back exactly where you were.

Payments are non-refundable, though billing errors and duplicate charges are always fixed. Email support with the charge details and we will sort it out.
