1. The agreement
In short: by subscribing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
These terms form a contract between you and Next Collective Pty Ltd, trading as Nextversity, covering your use of the website, the learning platform, and everything included in a subscription. Your account is created when you complete checkout; there are no free accounts. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Your subscription
In short: one subscription opens every course; it renews automatically until you cancel.
Subscriptions are billed monthly ($29 USD) or yearly ($174 USD) and renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made. Prices may change, but never mid-period and never without notice before your next renewal. Payments are non-refundable except as set out in the refund policy and as consumer law requires.
3. Your account
In short: keep your login to yourself and your details accurate.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for activity under your login. One subscription covers one learner. Teams and organizations should contact us for group access.
4. Course content and certificates
In short: learn from it freely; do not redistribute it. Your certificates are yours to share.
All course materials (videos, project files, activities) are owned by Nextversity or its licensors and licensed to you for personal learning while subscribed. You may not copy, resell, share, or publicly redistribute course content. Anything you create in the course projects is yours. Certificates you earn stay yours after your subscription ends: you may share them, and anyone can confirm one is real through the public verification page.
5. Next Tutor
In short: AI-generated help that can be wrong; the lesson stays the source of truth.
Next Tutor generates answers with AI. It is a study aid, not a substitute for the course material, and like any AI it can occasionally get things wrong. Its answers are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Do not rely on it where accuracy matters without checking the lesson or asking a person.
6. Acceptable use
In short: do not break, abuse, or misuse the platform.
You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, misuse Next Tutor, or use the platform in any unlawful way. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, and where a breach is serious we may do so without notice. You can close your own account at any time from account settings.
7. Disclaimers and liability
In short: we teach skills; outcomes depend on you. Your consumer rights are untouched.
Courses are provided as is. We do not guarantee employment, income, or specific outcomes from completing a course. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
8. Governing law, changes and contact
In short: Australian law applies, and if these terms change materially we tell you first.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update them as the service evolves; material changes are announced by email before they apply, and continued use after that means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@nextversity.com.
