1. The honest summary

In short: essential storage always, analytics and advertising measurement that wait for your OK where the law requires it.

This website uses Google Analytics to see which pages and courses people find useful, and Google Ads measurement to see which ads lead to someone joining. Both load through Google Tag Manager. We do not sell your data. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, nothing optional loads until you choose "Allow optional cookies" on the consent banner.

2. Essential storage

In short: your theme, your consent choice, your login, and checkout.

The site saves your light or dark theme preference in local storage (key nv_theme). Two small cookies remember whether the consent banner applies to your region (nv_cc_required) and what you chose (nv_consent, kept 12 months). Signing in sets Supabase authentication cookies (names starting with sb-) that keep you logged in securely. During checkout, Stripe sets cookies on its payment pages for security and fraud prevention, and the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on our forms may use its own brief storage. All of this is essential to things you asked for and tracks you on no other site.

3. Analytics, only with consent where required

In short: Google Analytics measurement cookies, gated by Consent Mode.

If analytics runs, Google sets its measurement cookies (names starting with _ga) to tell returning visitors apart. In consent regions nothing loads until you allow it; elsewhere it runs by default and you can still turn it off.

4. Advertising measurement, only with consent where required

In short: we count which ads led to someone joining, using Google Ads.

We run ads on Google. When someone arrives from one, Google adds a click identifier to the link, and our site stores it in a cookie (names starting with _gcl, kept up to 90 days) so that if you later subscribe we can tell which ad brought you here. Google may also use these cookies to show you Nextversity ads elsewhere and to avoid repeating ads you have already seen.

What we send Google is the fact that a subscription happened, its value, and an order reference. We do not send your name, your email, what you studied, your notes, or anything you wrote on the site. Like analytics, this is gated: in consent regions nothing loads until you allow it, and choosing "Essential only" keeps it off. Where consent is not required by law, you can still turn it off from Cookie settings at any time.

5. Changing your mind

In short: Cookie settings, in the footer, anytime.

Select "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice. Choosing "Essential only" stops analytics and advertising measurement from that moment on. You can also clear cookies in your browser, which resets everything. To limit ad personalization across Google products generally, Google's own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com go further than we can from here.

6. If this changes

In short: this page changes first.
