Refund policy
Last updated July 2026 · Plain-English summary first, full terms below each heading.
1. The short version
In short: no refunds; cancel anytime and keep access until your paid period ends.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. Instead of refund windows, we make cancelling effortless: cancel anytime from the billing portal in account settings, no calls and no forms. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2. How to cancel
In short: account settings, billing, cancel. Two minutes.
Open account settings, go to the Billing tab, and open the billing portal. Cancelling there takes effect immediately for future charges. If anything gets in the way, email support@nextversity.com and we will cancel it for you.
3. Billing errors and duplicates
In short: our mistakes are always refunded.
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, that is a billing error and we will refund it, every time. Email support@nextversity.com with the charge details and we will sort it out.
4. Your rights under consumer law
In short: nothing here overrides the Australian Consumer Law or your local equivalent.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies (which can include a refund) where a service is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. If consumer law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights apply. Certificates you earned and progress you made stay yours regardless of how a billing question resolves.
