When you cannot log in
Updated Aug 2026 · 2 min read
Start with the message on screen. Each one means something specific.
"That email and password do not match"
Either the password is wrong, or the account uses a different address. Choose "Forgot password?" and enter the address you paid with. If no email arrives, that address has no account on it.
"We could not find an account for that login"
This appears after a Google sign-in with an address we have never seen. Accounts are created at checkout, so either you have not joined yet, or you paid with a different email address. Try the other address first.
You just joined and never set a password
Use "Forgot password?" with the address you paid with. It sends the same kind of link as the welcome email, so a lost welcome email is never a problem.
Use a login link instead
The login page can email you a one-time login link instead of asking for a password. It is useful on a device where your password manager is not set up.
Still stuck after all that? Email support from the address you think the account uses. That single detail solves most of these in one reply.
