How the final exam works

Each course ends with a final exam: 20 questions drawn from across the whole course, a pass mark of 75%, and as many retakes as you need.

When it opens

The exam opens once you have completed every lesson and passed every knowledge check in that course. Until then it shows exactly how much is left, so you always know what is outstanding.

Taking it

• Questions come from across the course, not just the last module.
• You need 15 of 20 right to pass.
• There is no time limit, and no penalty for a retake.
• Every question carries an explanation, so a wrong answer teaches you something.
• Passing issues your certificate automatically.

If you do not pass

Nothing is lost and nothing is held against you. Go back to the modules the questions came from, then retake it. There is no limit and no waiting period.

Skimming the videos and hoping is the one approach that reliably fails here, because the questions are spread across every module rather than concentrated at the end.
