How your progress is saved

Progress saves automatically. There is nothing to press, and closing the tab loses nothing.
What is tracked
- Lessons you have completed, shown as ticks in the syllabus rail and a percentage on the course page.
- Where you got to in a video. Reopen the lesson and it picks up from that point.
- Quiz and exam results, including retakes.
- The exact lesson to resume, on the Continue card on your dashboard.
If progress looks wrong
1.Refresh the page. A tick occasionally lags behind until the page reloads.2.Check you are logged in as the right account, which matters if you have more than one email address.3.If a specific lesson will not complete, it is usually an unfinished activity on the page rather than a bug.
Progress survives a cancelled subscription. Courses pause, nothing is deleted, and restarting your plan puts you back exactly where you were.
